UV Blanket & Roller Wash

Varn®UV 142 wash is effective and easy to use. Its design also maximizes roller and blanket life—an important feature for any cost-effective printing operation. Designed exclusively for UV printing, this water-miscible wash is suitable for use with a wide variety of rollers and blankets used in energy curable printing.

Directions:
For best results, allow Varn® UV 142 wash to reach room temperature.

Blankets:
Saturate shop towel with Varn® UV 142 wash and clean blanket. Wipe dry. Product will not meet reduced VOC requirements for California rules of: SCAQMD, BAAQMD, SMAQMD, SJVAPCD.
Rollers:
Apply sufficient amount of product onto rollers. Allow wash to penetrate ink, then engage wash-up attachment. Continue to add small amounts of product until rollers are clean.

Do not use on unbaked positive plates.
