Accuracy in an affordable plate punch
Lithco Plate Punches are available for all pinbar duplicator presses (25-pin or 38-pin) and most small, medium and large format sheet-fed presses.
All punches feature:

* These are typical examples presses that are compatible with these punches. For other presses, the key factor is the distance between alignment notches – 220 mm, 425 mm, 550 mm, 780 mm or 830 mm.

*PLEASE NOTE: The presses listed are the most common ones on the market. For others e-mail specifics. Any press between 10" and 121/2" the PP25 will work equally well. Presses wider than 121/2" but less than 18" can still use the Lithco EQP-PP25 by utilizing the exterior alignment pin. If the press is 18" to 20", use the OP-36 or PP38.
Slotted Plates/Hookbar Punch – The hookbar punch for slotted plates has been discontinued. To the best of our knowledge, there is no hookbar punch available from any manufacturer. The recommendation is to have the end user convert his slotted plate clamp to a conventional pinbar clamp. The dealer involved most probably has the pinbar clamps readily available.
Lithco Large Press Plate Punches – Punches for larger presses do not punch a pinbar pattern, but rather are used to align and register the plates to the press cylinder. See examples below. Ask customer for press manufacturer and model.
